Because together we can change our patients’ lives, we are seeking a **Nursing Coordinator** for our **Talca Sample Collection Unit**, full-time, on-site, Monday through Saturday**.** **Your role will be** to coordinate and manage the operation of assigned and defined areas, implementing actions that ensure excellence and efficient use of allocated resources, while promoting timely, personalized, comprehensive, and safe care for patients and their families—and facilitating appropriate referrals across departments as needed. You will comply with quality standards, compliance requirements, internal regulations, and the values of the Network. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Nursing or Midwifery degree. * Valid SIS registration. * Mandatory completion of the Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs) course. * Minimum two years’ experience in leadership and coordination roles (preferred). * Formal training in Health Management (preferred). * Formal training in Leadership (preferred). * Intermediate MS Office proficiency. **Experience:** * Two years’ experience in similar roles. **Work Modality:** * **Workplace:** UTM Talca, Maule Region. * **Schedule:** 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. * **Modality:** On-site, Monday through Saturday. * **Period:** New UTM. **Main Benefits:** Your health—and your family’s—is our top priority!
