The main objective of this position is to lead the company's gastronomic area, ensuring continuous improvement in the acceptability and consumption of program preparations. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new culinary alternatives, guaranteeing high standards of quality and food safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Present and manage monthly menus, applying required corrections. * Develop, update, and validate the preparation and recipe manual. * Prepare and execute an annual work plan with on-site improvement actions. * Coordinate and lead the tasting process for preparations. * Participate in menu development alongside the technical and nutrition teams. * Comply with hygiene and food service safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Gastronomy or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in gastronomic leadership. * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations. * Management, leadership, and teamwork skills. * Planning and organizational ability. **Offered:** * Job stability within a food industry company. * A dynamic environment with continuous learning.
