Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor with experience in the oil/chemical industry, preferably in LPG packaging plants, to supervise personnel and apply mechanical expertise. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in companies linked to the oil and/or chemical industry, preferably with experience in operation and maintenance at LPG cylinder packaging plants. Experience in personnel supervision and strong mechanical knowledge. Knowledge required in: \- Computer proficiency at intermediate user level. \- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. \- Proper handling and use of manual and hydraulic assembly and construction tools. \- Use of measurement and weight verification instruments (Metrology), e.g., scales. \- Commissioning and final acceptance and delivery tests of equipment. \- Knowledge of pneumatic systems, including maintenance and operation. **Requirements** * Mechanical Executive Engineer, University-Level Senior Technician, or Technician (or nearing completion of degree) (degree holder). * Class B driver's license (mandatory). * Residence in Linares or nearby areas (mandatory). * Experience in operation and maintenance at LPG cylinder packaging plants. **Additional Information** BENEFITS * Complimentary lunch * Birth and Christmas gifts for employees' children * Benefits through Caja Los Andes and associated agreements
