Candidates must be electrical, civil, mechanical engineers or equivalent professionals, holding an academic degree of no less than four (4\) years from a recognized and/or state-validated institution. These professionals must have at least five (5\) years of experience in inspecting high-voltage electrical installation projects, aligned with their respective discipline. Alternatively, for positions ITO 71/ITO 72/ITO 73, candidates may hold a technical degree plus a minimum of eight (8\) years of experience in inspecting high-voltage electrical installations within their respective specialty.
