At Desarrolla Consultores, we are supporting a major company in the north of the country, with operations in the city of Iquique, in its search for a TI Product Manager to fulfill a strategic leadership role, leading the organization’s comprehensive management of technology products and projects. **Job Objective:** To lead the definition, planning, and execution of technology products, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position includes direct supervision of TI teams, including Tech Leads and developers, requiring solid technical understanding to effectively manage projects and teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for technology products. * Manage and prioritize the product backlog. * Plan, direct, and control TI projects (timelines, costs, and quality). * Lead and supervise the Tech Lead and development teams. * Coordinate interactions among technical areas, business units, and stakeholders. * Evaluate product KPIs and project performance. * Validate technical proposals, effort estimates, and solutions. * Ensure software quality standards, user experience, and documentation. * Report progress and results to senior management. * Ensure regulatory compliance and information security. **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Engineering or related field. * Experience in digital product management and/or TI project management. * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile) and/or traditional methodologies (PMBOK). * Minimum 3 years of experience in the technology sector, ideally leading TI projects or teams. * General knowledge of web development and software architecture, enabling effective leadership and supervision of technical teams. **Exclusionary Requirements for Application:** * Indicate salary expectations. * Residency in Iquique.
