The professional will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and evaluating humanitarian programs, ensuring their positive impact on vulnerable communities and compliance with international standards. Main Responsibilities * **Humanitarian program design**: Develop projects aligned with the organization’s mission and community needs. * **Resource management**: Administer budgets, materials, and personnel to ensure efficiency. * **Inter-institutional coordination**: Establish partnerships with NGOs, public and private agencies. * **Team leadership**: Motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams and volunteers. * **Impact evaluation**: Measure outcomes and prepare monitoring reports. * **Community engagement**: Maintain effective communication with beneficiaries and key stakeholders. Requirements * Degree in **Social Work**, **Sociology**, **Public Administration**, or related fields. * Minimum 6–8 years of experience in **humanitarian program management**. * Knowledge of participatory methodologies and social impact evaluation. * Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Advanced English (spoken and written).
