




**IT Manager** Location: Santiago Work mode: On-site, with occasional visits to regional offices We are seeking an IT Manager to lead the development and consolidation of the technology area within a growing company, ensuring operational continuity and supporting its nationwide digital transformation process. **Key responsibilities:** * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal users. * Administer LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks, as well as servers, backups, and the Microsoft 365 environment. * Manage equipment inventory, software licenses, and user profiles. * Coordinate and liaise with telecommunications and technology service providers. * Implement basic cybersecurity measures aligned with CSIRT guidelines. * Support the operation and improvement of internal systems, including automotive ERP and CRM systems. * Design and formalize IT department policies, procedures, and standards. * Develop the technology roadmap and collaborate on departmental budget control. * Maintain technical communication in English with the U.S.-based parent company. **Required profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field. * 5–10 years of proven experience in technical support, networking, and infrastructure. * Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and technical support. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in server management, backups, and cybersecurity concepts. * Functional-level technical English (mandatory). * Prior experience with automotive industry ERP systems and certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or AWS are desirable.
