**We are looking for an Information Technology (IT) Manager** Santiago \| On-site mode with regional visits Are you passionate about technology and want to lead the digital transformation of a growing company? This is your opportunity to build the IT department from scratch and ensure operational continuity for a nationwide organization. **What will you do in this role?** * Provide level 1–2 technical support to users. * Manage LAN/WAN/WiFi networks, servers, backups, and Microsoft 365\. * Handle equipment inventories and user profiles. * Coordinate with telecommunications providers. * Implement basic cybersecurity measures (aligned with CSIRT). * Support internal systems such as ERP and automotive CRM. * Design IT policies, procedures, and standards. * Develop a technology roadmap and manage the department's budget. * Communicate technically in English with the headquarters in the U.S. * **Ideal candidate profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field. * 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in technical support, networks, and infrastructure. * Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and technical support. * Intermediate-to-advanced skills in servers, backups, and cybersecurity. * Technical English proficiency (mandatory). * Experience with automotive ERP systems and certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS) are desirable.
