Job Summary: We are seeking a Compliance Systems Analyst to automate manual processes, improve the efficiency of the Compliance and Operational Risk Department, and monitor regulatory compliance. The Compliance Systems Analyst role requires knowledge of tools and database management, including methods for presenting results in a user-friendly format. You are expected to contribute your expertise toward automating manual processes within the Compliance and Operational Risk Department by working with Compliance Department data, thereby enhancing departmental efficiency and reducing task execution time. Additionally, you must be familiar with and utilize corporate systems, identifying short- and medium-term improvement opportunities. Control activities focus on task execution and monitoring of regulatory, statutory, policy, and procedural compliance—primarily related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Consumer Rights, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, Corruption, and Fair Competition programs. Your performance will be measured based on process improvement projects whose primary objectives include reducing execution time, improving data quality for control purposes, implementing tools to make monitoring and delivery of fully documented results easier and more efficient, and training other team members when applicable. This will contribute to providing more timely visibility and clarity regarding the Company’s risks. You will perform your duties for the Chile Compliance Department in a hybrid arrangement, working onsite twice per week. Additionally, you may interact with the central team or teams from other countries where we operate. * Familiarity with and use of Company systems for AML and Data Privacy control, primarily. * Introducing improvements to manual processes to enhance efficiency and technology adoption within the Department. * Monitoring information leakage risks outside the Company via DLP tools. * Reviewing and reporting privacy incidents. * Identifying and improving procedures related to Data Privacy. * Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for monitoring requirements prior to implementing technological changes in the Company’s core systems, and maintaining records of control over such implementations. * Maintaining Compliance-related information in SharePoint. * Supporting technology-focused Compliance projects. * University degree or bachelor’s degree is mandatory. Candidates in their final year of study or undergoing degree conferral are acceptable. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. * Proficiency in technological tools for database management, reporting, and data presentation is mandatory (e.g., Python, R, SQL, or programming languages). * Knowledge of risk assessments is preferred. * Knowledge or experience in process improvement with a focus on automation or semi\-automation is mandatory.
