Execute procurement procedures for goods and services under competitive processes according to established guidelines, to achieve agreements aligned with business needs while ensuring compliance with legal, safety, timing, technical, and economic standards. 2\. Manage supplier agreements regarding purchasing conditions (delivery timelines, payment terms, storage, etc.) to establish contractual agreements that best serve the company’s interests. 3\. Review and request necessary quotations for purchase orders of materials or services, reviewing prior requests, suppliers, and price verification to ensure timely responses and meet the needs of various business units. 4\. Verify that goods and services are delivered and executed within the agreed delivery timelines and meet required quality standards per specifications, complying with stipulations in purchase orders. 5\. Generate and monitor purchase orders to ensure adherence to stipulated delivery dates and regulatory compliance, enabling business units to receive necessary services and materials to perform their functions. 6\. Maintain an updated supplier database capable of delivering supplies or services for company projects. Identify opportunities for contract consolidation or cost optimization to reduce transactional volume and improve response times. 7\. Maintain consistent communication with internal and external customers to ensure proper information flow related to procurement processes under responsibility, as well as with other supporting departments involved in the procurement process. 8\. Coordinate and supervise, jointly with management, the logistics and distribution of acquired materials to ensure execution in accordance with established procedures. 9\. Maintain documented records of all acquisitions, as well as pricing databases for supplies and services, to ensure both remain up to date and information is available when required. 10\. Report defects, failures, unsafe or substandard conditions in tools or facilities to direct or indirect management if such conditions could cause injury to personnel or damage to equipment and facilities. 12\. Comply with the Internal Regulations on Order, Hygiene, and Safety. 13\. Must properly use and ensure mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by personnel under supervision. 14\. Manage funds pending reimbursement; periodically submit reimbursement reports with supporting documentation and ensure proper use of such funds. 16\. Actively participate in current Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental topics within the company and client organizations to prevent accidents, injuries, and negative environmental impacts, and comply with local regulations. Respond appropriately to adverse events per applicable law and organizational ethics and policy guidelines. * Academic Qualifications: Logistics Engineer, Civil Engineering Technician, Mining Technician, Logistics Technician, Construction Technician. * Experience: 5 years of experience in procurement, acquisition, supply chain, logistics, or technical procurement. Desirable experience in geotechnical engineering service companies. * Knowledge: 1\. Knowledge of procurement methodologies (online systems for quotations, tenders, evaluations, planning, etc.). 2\. Knowledge of supplier portfolios for goods and services. 3\. Knowledge of Supply and Storage Standards and Regulations. 4\. Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. 5\.
