This is how Tottus is built—with over 150 stores across Chile and Peru, alongside its production and distribution logistics centers. **Job Mission:** Achieve departmental objectives while ensuring Shopper App operational standards in customer service. **Job Responsibilities:** * Responsible for implementing procedures, safeguarding equipment and infrastructure within the assigned section, and leading team members under supervision. * Ensure effective coordination with the store team to assign staff to the order picking process based on order scheduling. * Manage and meet all key performance indicators relevant to the assigned section. * Guarantee adherence to processes for last-mile fleet (drivers). * Conduct on-site training for new hires and verify progress against the established training plan and e-learning competency development. * Monitor and control materials and equipment inventory within the assigned section. * Ensure and maintain quality, service, and overall presentation standards for the assigned section from the customer’s perspective, aligned with company-defined standards and metrics. **Requirements:** Experience with last-mile delivery applications. Retail or supermarket experience preferred.
