General Purpose of the Position: Ensure and guarantee compliance with KSB's policies as well as conduct work practices in accordance with current legislation, directing efforts toward zero harm in the areas of Risk Prevention, Operational Safety, and environmental protection and preservation, contributing to KSB's sustainability. Position Responsibilities:* Perform all tasks related to achieving the objectives defined for this position. * Train, coach, and align team members to achieve the objectives of the role. * Develop the Annual Work Plan that ensures a safe, incident-free, and risk-free working environment for all employees, based on preventive management regarding accidents, the environment, and occupational diseases. * Provide expert advice on all regulations established by national legislation and by the German headquarters related to Safety, Health, and Environmental Care at KSB Chile, covering both company facilities and various work sites where personnel provide services. * Participate in developing the annual training program and skills matrix for KSB CHILE S.A., helping strengthen preventive behaviors. * Ensure compliance with requirements set forth by the Administrative Body, as well as by regulatory agencies regarding compliance with Law 16.744. * Develop, disseminate statistics and documents necessary to monitor progress in implementations and improvements carried out by the Risk Prevention Department. Identify actions that represent opportunities for collective learning and communicate them across the organization. * Lead the management model for personal protective equipment, ensuring optimal use of financial resources, risk-based needs assessment, procurement, usage, maintenance, and final disposal. * Lead and coordinate the nationwide staff of Prevention Specialists, ensuring achievement of departmental objectives and full alignment with the business requirements of KSB.
