You will have access to online information or a virtual assistant. **Position Mission:** BancoEstado Express is looking for a Worker Culture and Experience Analyst for Santiago. **Position Functions:** Your objective is to design, implement, and monitor actions aimed at improving workers' experience according to strategic guidelines, contributing to their quality of life, strengthening BEX culture, and enhancing team belonging. **Functions:** * Develop and implement general and segmented benefits plans and programs. * Administer benefits plans and agreements. * Define worker segments through measurements and data analysis. * Conduct surveys to segment and identify the needs of BEX workers. * Develop and ensure proper execution of camaraderie activities (celebrations, anniversaries, among others). * Develop and ensure proper execution of activities aimed at strengthening relationships and internal team work climate (Programa Vivo Mi Clima). * Maintain detailed control over expenses arising from various programs and initiatives associated with your role. * Develop, implement, and ensure proper execution of a recognition plan aligned with BEX strategic guidelines. * Administer the various recognitions delivered to teams. * Organize exhibitions and fairs for workers. * Coordinate dissemination of different agreements and benefits with the communications department. * Support the Culture and Development team in various cross-impact activities. * Propose and actively participate in new area initiatives. * Participate in inter-corporate meetings for identifying opportunities and benefits. * Support direct management in developing activities aimed at strengthening BEX culture.
