Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects. **Purpose** Join the cost estimation team at our Santiago office, working together with the assigned project team to analyze and generate the necessary cost information required to support project CAPEX, according to required accuracy and client satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for preparing capital cost estimates within project-required timeframes. * Must ensure deliverable quality according to our clients' quality management system procedures, internal procedures, and company reviews. * Understand client objectives and requirements. * Develop the Estimating Plan. * Provide clear requirements to all members participating in the project and cost estimate development. * Generate necessary information for range analysis to determine project contingency. * Prepare documentation related to Basis of Estimate and/or CAPEX Report. * Prepare presentations required for the internal and client CAPEX review process. * Participate in CAPEX trend management processes between two study stages. * If you hold a foreign degree, it is mandatory to have it validated by Universidad de Chile. **What You'll Bring** You will have specific and verifiable experience in capital cost estimation of 7 to 10 years within engineering and construction companies focused on developing renewable energy and mining projects. **Experience:** * Preparation of documents related to the estimating discipline in Spanish and English. * Experience in developing CAPEX for projects related to mining and/or renewable energy. * Solid experience and knowledge in estimating any engineering discipline and/or indirect costs. * Experience in estimations across all classes and/or project development stages. **Requirements:** Education: Civil Engineer in a technical specialty (mechanical, electrical or civil). Languages: Conversational and written English at intermediate to advanced level. Tools: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Teams, and associated tools. **Conditions:** * **Work location:** **Santiago, Chile.
