An important production plant located in Lampa (Valle Grande), dedicated to the manufacturing of industrial corrugated cardboard boxes, is looking for a Production Operator for CNC die-cutting and flatbed machines to join our team! REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Technician in machinery and tools or related field (NOT EXCLUSIVE) * Previous experience as an operator of CNC die-cutting and flatbed machines. * Excellent physical health to handle repetitive tasks and standing work. * Ideally residing in Valle Grande, Quilicura, or any nearby commune. * Soft skills: Flexible, energetic personality, quick learner, teamwork abilities. Responsibility, honesty, and professional ethics. Ability to work under pressure. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform assembly, mounting, and finishing tasks on products. * Comply with safety regulations and properly use safety equipment. * Verify that products meet quality standards before reaching the market. * Ensure die-cutting machines are in optimal condition, perform cleaning and basic maintenance, and adjust parameters according to specifications. * Assist in repairing malfunctions of industrial machinery. * Supervise correct product assembly and mounting, coordinating with other workers for final finishes. * Perform cutting and perforation using electric or manual tools. * Ensure machines have necessary materials to prevent production interruptions. * Maintain a safe and clean working environment, properly using tools and cleaning supplies. * Report problems and issues, coordinating with other departments for successful planning. WE OFFER: * Initial contract with external company, with possibility of becoming permanent after 6 months. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (overtime until 7:00 PM). * Opportunity to work night shifts in the future, from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (with additional night shift bonus). * Work location: Lampa branch (Valle Grande). * Meal provided at cafeteria. * Net salary of $666.045 We look forward to your application!
