IT PROJECT MANAGER (SAP) \- QUILICURA Position Purpose Ensure the proper execution of technology projects by identifying business needs, gathering requirements, and efficiently managing resources. The main mission is to supervise project development, aligning expectations with the client, coordinating technological providers' work, mitigating risks or deviations that could impact the achievement of objectives, and ensuring alignment with the corporate project execution methodology. Additionally, must ensure budgetary control, guarantee deliverable quality, and facilitate effective communication among all involved parties, aiming for a successful implementation aligned with the business's strategic needs. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with users to develop Business Cases for each project; that is, define and evaluate for each project the objectives, benefits, costs, and resources (time and personnel) required to materialize the initiative. Manage the project lifecycle. Define the best external provider alternatives according to project needs, agreeing on service levels and monitoring compliance with established agreements. Manage resources and coordinate the efforts of different team members within project teams (users, consultants, providers, etc). Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the functions previously described, with proven track record in SAP project management (implementation and/or migrations). Planning management, knowledge of KPIs, requirement gathering and project execution techniques. Understanding of cybersecurity and architecture to help identify alerts in customer requirements.
