WE HAVE A PLACE FOR YOU!* This job posting is governed by Law 21.015, which promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labor market.* GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Lead the execution of automation projects in the mining sector, ensuring compliance with Sandvik’s technical, financial, and safety standards. The professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all project stages, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and team development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise the installation, integration, and commissioning of automation systems on mining equipment. * Manage contracts, procurement, and services related to the project, ensuring compliance with contractual terms. * Monitor project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs). * Control costs, expenses, invoicing, and cash flow, ensuring project profitability. * Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, and financial risks. * Identify opportunities for improvement or expansion within the project scope. * Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure smooth and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders. * Ensure timely delivery of technical and administrative documentation required by the contract. * Track deliverables and customer requests, maintaining updated records. * Promote and ensure compliance with Sandvik’s and the customer’s Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) policies. * Collaborate in preparing technical and commercial proposals for new projects or expansions. YOUR PROFILE: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Execution or Civil), or in Automation, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions (preferred). * Experience in mining projects and automation services (preferred). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera (preferred). * Advanced proficiency in MS Office (preferred). * Intermediate English language proficiency (preferred). OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Willingness to travel within and outside Chile. * Availability to work rotating shifts (5×2 or 4×3). * Class B driver’s license, with minimum 3 years’ validity (mandatory). * Residence in Rancagua or Santiago.
