Currently, for Chile, we are seeking a new position within our Security business: Maintenance Technician Antofagasta, whose main function is: performing technical support tasks on hardware, software, electronic security systems and their platforms, Information and Communications Technologies, along with components that make up systems ensuring technical continuity of operations. **Functions:** Coordinate, manage and design preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Control and record services, providing support regarding administration and operation of security systems. Provide telephone customer service and support to the Maintenance and Technology Operations areas when questions or incidents arise. Keep records and logs of performed maintenance services. **Training and Certifications:** Maintain ongoing training in security systems and platforms as determined by Prosegur, in order to train clients on correct usage and operation of equipment and systems. What do we expect from you? **Academic background:** Technician in Electronics, Industrial Technician, Telecommunications Technician or Electromechanical Maintenance Technician. (Required) At least 2 years of experience in maintenance tasks for security systems, video surveillance systems, access control systems, intrusion detection systems and alarm management systems (Required) Experience in Physical Security Competent computer skills including advanced-level office tools (Required) Training related to VMS PSIM HikCentral, Avis Camera Station, Genetec, DSC platforms. Technical knowledge of technical assistance services across different clients and systems including intrusion, CCTV, access control or integrated programs (hardware and software) Availability to work on-site and in office in Antofagasta (Required) What will you find in this opportunity?
