**Job Description** ------------------------------------- Efficiently and courteously address client needs at their premises regarding incidents, requests, and/or special projects received through established channels, in accordance with organizational procedures and compliance with established service SLAs. * Adhere to the security policies and regulations of CoasinLogicalis and its clients. * Demonstrate and maintain appropriate personal appearance and presentation style in line with company and client guidelines, aiming to create a positive impression on clients. * Receive and manage requests submitted through established channels. * Meet established SLAs according to defined protocols. * Use language that is understandable to the client so they can comprehend the issue and follow the solution development process. * Accurately record all data, issues, and applied solutions in the systems designated by CoasinLogicalis, timely and completely, ensuring full documentation of service activities. * Safeguard the security of equipment (hardware), information, and client data privacy, without making any copies of obtained information except through authorized means and solely for work purposes; additionally, delete any copies of information made during the course of work. * Participate in training sessions established by the company, at the time and location specified by the company. * Perform other duties and tasks as required by service needs, upon prior request from direct supervisors. * Know and apply service recovery and contingency protocols, protecting the organization's interests. * Comply with and respect the company's Hygiene and Safety Regulations. * Take care of equipment and/or tools provided by Coasin and the Client for job performance. Skills: Microsoft 365 Administrator, Azure Administrator, VMware Administrator, AD Administrator, Storage, HP and DELL.
