#### **Your mission:** As a PLC \& SCADA Engineer, you will play a key role in the automation and monitoring of large\-scale photovoltaic power plants across the Iberoamerican market. You’ll develop and implement intelligent control systems and work at the intersection of software, hardware, and renewable energy. **Your key responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain PLC programs using Structured Text (ST), primarily on the Codesys platform (WAGO PLCs) * Design and implement HMI interfaces and control logic * Configure hardware components including I/O modules and communication interfaces * Test and debug PLC programs and automation systems * Perform remote and on\-site commissioning of monitoring and control systems for utility\-scale PV plants, primarily in the Iberian region * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to design and implement automation solutions * Create and maintain documentation such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals #### **Your profile:** * Degree in Engineering or a technical background related to industrial or energy automation * Proven experience in PLC programming and HMI/SCADA development (WAGO experience is a plus) * Strong knowledge of Structured Text (ST) * Familiarity with industrial protocols (e.g. Modbus, IEC101/102/104\) * Experience with RTUs, plant automation, power control, and SCADA functionalities * Knowledge of VBA scripting * Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, subnetting, routing/switching) * Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and firewall configuration (e.g. FortiGate, Palo Alto) * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Interested?
