We are part of Principal Financial Group, a global leader in investments, and we are currently seeking an **Engineer AFP** to join our **Systems Management team.** In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new and improved software tools, solving issues and maintaining platforms with a focus on cutting-edge digital experiences, with the purpose of enhancing the digital experience of our customers and/or end users. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop high-quality software, prototypes, and applications, configuring objects, roles, and profiles associated with the company's business processes. * Implement necessary software components and parts aligned with standard configurations. * Provide insights and suggestions based on best practices and criteria. * Engage with various stakeholders. * Resolve production incidents related to the platforms they maintain.
