You’ll coordinate construction sequences, align team objectives, and track progress to keep projects on course — from energy plants to transmission substations. ### **️** **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and oversee project planning strategies to ensure effective resource and time allocation. * Create and manage detailed schedules, identifying key milestones and deliverables. * Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize tasks and align objectives. * Conduct gap analyses and recommend corrective actions to keep the project on track. * Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to senior management and project stakeholders. * Stay up to date on industry best practices and project management tools. * Ensure compliance with execution standards in EPC, civil works, electrical infrastructure, and contract management. ### **✅** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. * **8\+ years of experience** in project planning and management, specifically in **wind farms, photovoltaic plants, or transmission substations**. * **Advanced English** (spoken and written) is **mandatory**. * Proven experience with **Primavera P6** and **Microsoft Project**. * Strong understanding of EPC execution processes, contract management, engineering coordination, and scheduling. * Deep knowledge of project management tools and planning software. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics. * Excellent communication and reporting skills in **both Spanish and English**. * Leadership and personnel management capabilities. * Availability to work **on\-site** in **photovoltaic parks** (Calama / María Elena). * Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changes in project plans. ### **Benefits** * Work on **high\-impact renewable energy projects** with a global leader. * Opportunities for **career growth** in the project management field. * Collaborate with **diverse and high\-performing teams**. * Build experience in one of the **fastest\-growing industries** in Chile.
