Job Description We are seeking a **Junior Valuation and Finance Analyst** to support asset valuation, financial analysis, and report preparation, providing reliable information for investment and management decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Support **asset valuation and appraisal processes**, especially real estate. * Collect and analyze financial, market, and operational data. * Develop financial models, forecasts, and profitability analysis. * Conduct market comparative studies and analyze relevant variables. * Prepare valuation reports and management reports. * Support project evaluations, investment assessments, and business opportunity analyses. * Review background information, contracts, and supporting documentation. * Maintain up-to-date financial databases, models, and reports. Requirements * Professional degree in **Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Economics, Finance**, or a related field. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Excel and financial modeling**. * Experience with **Power BI, ERP systems, or financial analysis tools** is desirable. * Knowledge of **cash flow analysis, NPV, IRR, profitability, and asset valuation**. * Familiarity with the **Chilean real estate market** is desirable. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and results orientation.
