




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Technician for Hanna Instruments Ltda., responsible for providing technical support and ensuring efficient resolution of issues related to instruments and equipment, as well as delivering technical consultation and performing maintenance and repairs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support and resolve instrument-related issues. 2. Perform equipment inspection, maintenance, and repair. 3. Deliver technical consultation and quality control. We are looking for a **Technical Support Technician** to join our team at **Hanna Instruments Ltda.** In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring efficient resolution of issues related to our instruments and equipment. The Technical Support Technician is responsible for addressing external and internal customer requests regarding inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment sold by the company. Additionally, you must provide technical consultation to customers, make product usage recommendations, and support quality control as directed by your immediate supervisor. You must possess a solid understanding of the instruments and equipment we manufacture, as well as the measurement and control systems we use. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be essential in explaining technical solutions to customers with varying levels of expertise. Responsibilities: * Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of equipment sent by customers to the technical service department * Conduct quality control on products if required * Provide telephone-based technical assistance to customers * Issue technical reports to customers * Prepare quotations for equipment maintenance and repair services * Visit customers both within and outside Santiago Modify packaging and/or product presentation according to special customer requirements * ### **Requirements:** * **Minimum Education: Industrial Technician degree in Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.** * Knowledge of chemical parameters, conductivity, pH, temperature, and customer service. * Prior experience in technical support, preferably with measurement instruments. * Analytical skills to identify problems and propose effective solutions. * Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team. ### **Offered Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Meal card. * Supplementary health insurance. * Bonuses for National Holidays and Year-End.
