Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting technician or general accountant for the accounting department, focused on billing, inventory control, and accounting analysis. Key Highlights: 1. We seek an accounting technician, general accountant, or equivalent to join the company's accounting department. The primary focus of this position will be to carry out national billing processes, inventory control, and accounting analysis, in accordance with corporate controls and procedures. ✨**What challenges?** \- Execute sales billing processes, invoice entry, and maintenance of the purchase ledger in the ERP system. \- Prepare monthly sales reports and F29 projections. \- Conduct on-site inventory processes, including physical inventory counts, related reporting, validation, and submission. \- Perform accounting and account-level analysis. \- Monitor contracts, expense reimbursements, and other related tasks. ✨**What are we looking for?** \- Technical-professional education in Accounting, General Accounting, or equivalent \- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, billing, and/or inventory roles \- Knowledge of accounting regulations (VAT, tax credits, billing deadlines, Chilean Internal Revenue Service [SII], Credit Notes, PPM) \- Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and experience with enterprise systems \- Experience with Softland, Flexline, or similar systems is desirable \- Willingness to perform on-site inventory activities \- Class B driver’s license is mandatory. ✨**What do we offer?** · Join a dynamic company with constant challenges and new projects · Career development and training opportunities · Benefits including life insurance, health insurance, meal allowances, among others Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $800\.000 \- $1\.000\.000 per month Application Questions: * Please state your salary expectations. * Do you have experience in billing and inventory control? * What is your Excel proficiency level (basic, intermediate, advanced)? * Do you hold a Class B driver’s license? * Are you available to work on-site both within and outside the Metropolitan Region?
