Join our team! We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our team for a period of 3 months, working on the development of the AcademIA project. What will you do in this role? * Interface Design: Create and manage intuitive and engaging visual interfaces that ensure a consistent and functional user experience. * Prototyping and Usability: Develop interactive prototypes in Figma and conduct usability tests to optimize the user experience. * Visual Maintenance: Establish and manage style guides to ensure consistency across the platform, including colors, typography, and iconography. * Adaptive Design: Ensure designs are functional and visually appealing across multiple devices and resolutions (web and mobile). * Documentation: Create detailed design documentation to facilitate implementation and project maintenance. Use tools such as Figma and Notion. * Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the visual design accurately reflects project objectives and business goals. Technical Skills * Proficiency in Prototyping (Required) * Advanced mastery of Figma, with the ability to use features such as variables, components, and styles, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the design process. * Experience developing adaptive and responsive interfaces that guarantee optimal performance across different devices and resolutions. * Ability to build prototypes that accurately reflect the final user experience. * Knowledge of Style Guides and Design Systems (Required) * Experience creating and maintaining design systems that ensure visual uniformity across the platform and facilitate efficient collaboration among teams. * Focus on Usability and User Experience (Required) * Ability to understand and apply user experience (UX) principles in user interface (UI) design. Experience in usability testing and optimizing designs based on user feedback and internal testing is desirable. What do we need from you? * Professional background as a Product Designer / Visual Designer * More than 5 years of experience in UI design or similar roles. (Required) * Proven experience in designing user interfaces for mobile and web applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in microinteractions and design systems. Cross-functional Skills: * Experience working in SCRUM-focused teams and agile methodologies. * Effective communication: Explain and justify design decisions, gathering feedback to continuously improve. * Adaptability to thrive in dynamic and collaborative environments. * Ability to operate in a dynamic and collaborative environment, working closely with development teams and various stakeholders, ensuring alignment between design and implementation. * Ability to understand and apply user experience (UX) principles in the design of user interfaces (UI).
