Job Summary: Develop and integrate server-side software products, designing and developing APIs/microservices and collaborating across the entire development lifecycle. Key Highlights: 1. Apply engineering and architectural practices to ensure high technical quality. **Job Description** ---------------------- Develop and integrate server-side software products together with members of the assigned cell. 1\. Design and develop APIs/microservices that facilitate integration with applications throughout the solution’s development lifecycle. The goal is to increase development speed across experience cells, leverage common business capabilities across multiple channels, and enable innovation and experimentation. 2\. Plan, define scope, design, develop, and test software together with cell members. The goal is to deliver new product capabilities up to continuous delivery into production. 3\. Collaborate to apply engineering and architectural practices (Tech Rules) across all developments. The objective is to build technically high-quality products that are easy to maintain and extend over time. 4\. Design and develop documentation to enable third-party understanding of the software work performed (e.g., diagrams, pseudocode, etc.). The objective is to represent the sequence of activities in new and existing processes and systems. 5\. Prioritize and develop asynchronous integrations using events, webhooks, etc. To achieve a decoupled architecture where business capabilities operate independently. 6\. Analyze, propose, and implement solutions to production issues based on industry best practices. The goal is to drive continuous improvement and provide ongoing support for products built by the cells, as well as rapid response to potential production failures. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Computer Engineering or related field. * More than 5 years of experience developing with Java and Spring Boot. * Experience working with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js. * Proficiency in GitLab using GitFlow strategy. * Knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL databases. * Experience with messaging solutions such as Kafka or Pub/Sub. * Docker, Kubernetes, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Svelte, or Webpack are a plus.
