You'll partner closely with our core territory teams to unlock potential, accelerate performance, and strengthen business impact. This is a key role with meaningful influence on our business and operations\-helping position the UberEats app as the go\-to choice for food and grocery delivery. We have many exciting projects underway, and there's plenty of room to grow. **What You'll Do** Problem Solving * Identify the root causes of risks and opportunities, propose actionable solutions, and evaluate tradeoffs to recommend the best path forward. Process Optimization * Execute, refine, and scale core analyses and processes across LatAm and beyond. * Regularly review performance, monitor KPIs, and design initiatives to sustainably improve results. * Partner with the commercial team to understand their challenges and uncover opportunities to enhance our systems. Strong critical\-thinking skills to work with reports, experiments, and scalable processes and products. * Communication: Proficiency in Spanish and English. Able to interpret and present data clearly and engagingly to diverse audiences. * Teamwork: Works well with colleagues from various backgrounds and roles.
