Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Risk Prevention Specialist with field experience, proactive and autonomous, to implement a preventive culture and reduce workplace incidents in an industrial area. Problem resolution and continuous improvement in industrial environments An industrial manufacturing company located in the commune of Maipú is looking for a Risk Prevention Specialist with solid field experience and a strong orientation toward problem resolution, preventive leadership, and continuous improvement in production areas. We seek an autonomous, proactive individual with management capabilities, able to implement and strengthen a genuine preventive culture within the organization, contributing to the reduction of workplace incidents and the development of safe, efficient work environments aligned with current legal regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** Identification, assessment, and control of occupational risks in industrial processes and machinery. Ongoing on-site supervision within the industrial plant. Implementation and monitoring of risk prevention programs. Investigation and analysis of accidents and incidents. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures. Documentation management and coordination with administrative bodies. Staff training in safety, self-care, and best practices. Promoting a preventive culture focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Detecting deviations and proposing concrete and effective solutions. Waste management in environmental areas. **Candidate Profile:** ✔ Solution-oriented professional with initiative and autonomy. ✔ Ability to make decisions and manage operations on-site. ✔ Strong preventive and operational orientation. ✔ Good communication and leadership skills. ✔ Proven experience in industrial and manufacturing environments. **Requirements:** University degree in Risk Prevention. Verifiable experience in industrial or manufacturing companies. Solid knowledge of current legal regulations on occupational safety and health. Experience in fieldwork and supervision of industrial processes. Experience in accident investigation and risk control for industrial machinery. Ability for self-management and problem resolution.
