Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Engineer to assess the condition of HVAC systems under a hospital maintenance contract, identify gaps, and plan future operations. Key Highlights: 1. Direct contract with the company We are looking for an **HVAC Engineer** to join an important hospital maintenance contract, responsible for evaluating the status of HVAC systems, identifying technical gaps, and generating the necessary information for proper planning and future service operation. **About the Challenge:** ----------------------- * Conduct technical inspections of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and mechanical ventilation systems. * Document baseline conditions of chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units, differential pressure systems, and associated equipment. * Technically and economically evaluate gaps identified in HVAC systems relative to the engineering design. * Prepare technical reports containing equipment condition assessments and improvement recommendations. * Support the development of the Annual Maintenance Program (AMP) for HVAC systems. * Review drawings, technical specifications, and documentation related to HVAC systems. * Collaborate in inventory data collection and integration into BIM platforms and maintenance management systems. * Identify operational risks that may affect facility continuity and biosafety. * Maintain traceability of technical information and report progress to the contract engineering team. **What We Would Love to See in You:** ------------------------------ * Degree in **HVAC Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field**. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in HVAC systems and infrastructure maintenance. * Experience in inspection, diagnosis, or maintenance of industrial or critical infrastructure HVAC systems. * Knowledge of chillers, AHUs, ventilation systems, differential pressure systems, air filtration, and precision air conditioning. * Experience in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, or high-complexity buildings is desirable. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and documentation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management platforms (CMMS/BIM) (desirable). **What We Offer:** ----------------------- * Confidential selection process. * Direct contract with the company. * Participation in a high-complexity project with national impact. * On-site work modality. * Professional development opportunities. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience. * Offer under the framework of **Law No. 21.015 on Labor Inclusion**. ### **❄️ Are you interested in being part of a strategic project in hospital HVAC and infrastructure?** **We invite you to apply!**
