Strategic management of suppliers and performance metrics At **Papa Johns Chile**, we are looking for a **Head of IT & Cybersecurity Services**, a key role to ensure the stability, continuity, and security of the technology services supporting business operations and growth. This position has a direct impact on the company's operational reliability, being responsible for the availability of critical platforms, comprehensive management of technology risks, and resilience against security and continuity incidents. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure operational continuity and high availability of IT services. * Lead the operation of on-premise, virtualized, and cloud-based infrastructure services. * Govern cybersecurity operations, including SOC, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and vulnerability management. * Design, implement, and maintain operational continuity capabilities, BaaS, DRaaS, and disaster recovery plans (DRP). * Ensure robust operation of corporate networks, identities, and access controls (Active Directory, MFA, security policies). * Manage strategic technology suppliers, contracts, and SLAs, focusing on service quality, efficiency, and cost control. * Define and report availability, performance, and security metrics and KPIs. We seek a professional with solid experience in IT service management, infrastructure, and operational cybersecurity—capable of combining technical expertise, team leadership, and risk awareness—acting as the guarantor of technological stability and protection of the organization's digital assets. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Computing, Networking, or related field. * 4–6 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure, and networking. * Proven experience in Windows/Linux environments, virtualization, and Microsoft services (Active Directory, O365, MFA, etc.). * Practical knowledge of operational cybersecurity: SIEM, SOC, EDR/XDR, hardening, and access management. * Experience in operational continuity, BaaS/DRaaS administration, and execution of DRPs. * Experience in managing technology suppliers, contracts, SLAs, and budgetary control. * Service orientation, continuous improvement mindset, and metrics-driven operations.
