




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead the IT department of a growing company, ensuring operational continuity, organizing infrastructure, and designing a business-aligned growth plan. Maintain technical communication in English with the parent company in the United States IT Manager / Head of Information Technology (IT) Location: Santiago | On-site work with occasional travel to regional offices We are looking for a professional to lead the IT department of a growing company with nationwide presence. The role’s mission is to ensure operational continuity, organize the technological infrastructure, and design a business-aligned growth plan. Main Responsibilities: Provide technical support to users (Levels 1 and 2), both on-site and remotely. Administer LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks, as well as servers, backups, and Microsoft 365 platform. Manage hardware, software, and user profile inventories. Coordinate and oversee telecommunications providers’ services and other IT-related vendors. Implement basic cybersecurity controls and measures aligned with best practices and CSIRT guidelines. Support operation and continuity of internal systems such as automotive-sector ERP and CRM. Define and document IT policies, procedures, and standards. Design the technology roadmap, participate in investment planning, and manage the department's budget. Maintain technical communication in English with the parent company located in the United States. Profile Requirements: Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or related field. 5–10 years of verifiable experience in technical support, networking, and infrastructure. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and user support. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in server administration, backups, and cybersecurity concepts. Functional-level technical English for communication with overseas teams (mandatory). Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with sector-specific ERP systems is desirable. Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, AWS, or related credentials are valuable.
