Their contribution is essential to **anticipate deviations**, manage the **critical path**, and generate **predictive analyses** to strengthen project efficiency and productivity. This role operates **on-site, Monday through Saturday**, and collaborates closely with Technical Offices, Construction, Engineering, and contractors to consolidate progress, maintain the baseline, and report performance using metrics. **Main Responsibilities (3 to 5\)** * Develop and maintain the **master schedule** in **Primavera P6**, integrating milestones, dependencies, and construction sequences. * Monitor **actual vs. planned progress**, identifying significant deviations and proposing technically grounded corrective actions. * Coordinate with supervisors, engineering teams, and contractors for the **receipt and consolidation of information**, ensuring an updated and reliable plan. * Prepare **periodic analytical performance reports** (including **critical path, S-curves, and EVM**) to support decision-making. * Conduct **impact analysis and scenario simulation** in response to changes, contingencies, or delays, safeguarding the **baseline** and its traceability. **Key Requirements (3 to 5\)** * Education: **Civil Engineering (any specialization) or Civil Construction**, with a strong foundation in construction planning and control. * Experience: **Minimum 8 years** in construction (underground or surface) and **minimum 5 years** in field scheduling and control; ideally within **megaprojects** (metro/tunnels/stations/linear works). * Tools: **Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)**, working knowledge of **MS Project**, and **advanced Excel** (pivot tables, macros, Power Query). * Certification: **Formal accreditation in Primavera** (recognized certificate); certifications in project management (PMI, Lean Construction, Last Planner®) are valued. * Knowledge/competencies: EVM-based **performance monitoring**, **schedule risk management**, interpretation of drawings/specifications, and high documentary rigor. **Seize the challenge.
