Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to operate, control, and maintain industrial gas plants, ensuring production, quality, and safety within a continuous improvement environment. Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world. **Reimagine What’s Possible** **Responsibilities:** * Execute startup, shutdown, and operational variable control for Nitrous Oxide, Helium/Argon, and Acetylene plants. * Monitor the production process and meet established production schedules. * Ensure compliance with final product quality standards. * Execute and close preventive maintenance tasks (PM02/PM11\) in SAP and support creation of maintenance notifications (PM01\). * Identify and participate in continuous improvement opportunities within production processes. * Monitor inventories of raw materials, consumables, and cylinders. * Record daily production and prepare operational reports. * Promote and comply with the Safety Program (BSP), ensuring a zero-accident environment. **Requirements:** * Technical professional education: Chemical Technician, Chemical Process Technician, Industrial Mechanical Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Industrial Control Technician, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience operating plants, industrial processes, or similar areas. * Ability to work in dynamic environments, with focus on safety, continuous improvement, and results orientation. * SAP proficiency and Microsoft Office user-level skills are desirable. * Class D driver’s license (forklift operation) is desirable.
