A leading company in the Contact Center BPO sector, with over 24 years of experience and international presence, is currently looking for a Junior Developer Intern for the Management Control – Business Intelligence (BI) area. We require an intern with a Junior Developer perspective (Web Base + SQL): - Basic knowledge of web architecture (frontend, backend, database) - Ability to consume APIs and understand client-server flow - Initial proficiency in JavaScript and a framework (e.g., Vue) - Basic use of Node.js to create simple endpoints - Fundamental SQL knowledge (SELECT, INSERT, table structure, STORED PROCEDURE) - Basic understanding of Docker and execution of projects in containers - Use of Git for version control - Ability to follow documentation and learn autonomously - Resolution of simple problems under supervision - Initial good practices regarding code organization and readability. Operational tasks you will be responsible for: - Replicate automation of call products (database, reporting, business analysis) - Maintenance and updates of WEB Command Center modules (Vue, NodeJS) - Documentation and technical testing of existing services. It is essential to have active work or professional practice, ideally starting from 360 hours onward (CFT, IP, or university). Immediate availability. Valid school insurance. Conditions Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 hrs. Modality: On-site. Compensation: $150,000 gross monthly (paid via honorarium invoice, subject to SII withholding).
