Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Engineer to lead end-to-end banking software development projects, mobilize cross-functional teams, and apply technical expertise. Key Highlights: 1. A Software Engineer must be capable of leading end-to-end software development projects required by the Bank. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Gather requirements from user departments. Analyze solution alternatives and strategies jointly with user departments. Design solutions technically. Manage analysis and development activities with vendors. Perform minor analysis and development tasks. Identify and manage root causes. Mobilize individuals across other roles. Pursue continuous improvement. To succeed in this position, you need: Knowledge of the Bank's traditional software development lifecycle. Knowledge of IBM, Tandem, Sybase, and/or Unix platforms.
