Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible concierge to safeguard, control access to, and assist in a residential building, ensuring smooth operation and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for building security and access control. 2. Operation management of equipment and assistance to residents. 3. Leadership in evacuation and assistance during emergencies. We are hiring! Fill\-Lif is looking for concierges for various communes in the Región Metropolitana, for residential buildings, whose main responsibilities will be: * Safeguarding and controlling building access. * Monitoring proper operation of building equipment. * Receiving mail and packages. * Guiding maintenance company personnel during visits. * Registering visitors and announcing their arrival. * Managing visitor parking. * Monitoring surveillance cameras. * Addressing resident inquiries or referring them to management. * Recording relevant incidents in the logbook (incident register). * Leading evacuation and assisting others during emergencies.
