**At CGS Contact Center, we are seeking to hire Customer Service Executives in Technical Support for our telephone advisory team located in Santiago Centro.** We provide customer service to clients of Chile’s leading electronic payment solutions provider (POS and online). We serve all types of businesses and companies, offering advice, resolving inquiries, and managing all kinds of technical requests related to their contracted products. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience in face-to-face or telephone customer service; * Interest in technology and eagerness to learn; * Proficiency in Internet and PC usage at a user level; * Foreign nationals with permanent residency status; * Availability to participate in a 15-day training program (first days online, followed by in-person sessions). **SCHEDULE:** 30 hours per week, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 22:00 hrs., with one day off per week plus two Sundays per month (6x1 and 5x2 rotation).
