**Senior IT Project Manager** GRUPO PS is supporting a technology and IT services company in searching for a Senior IT Project Manager, responsible for leading high-impact technology and innovation initiatives aligned with business objectives. **Position Details:** * Position Title: Project Manager * Contract Type: Fixed-term contract of 3 + 3 months, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract based on performance and client needs. * Seniority Level: Senior * Estimated Net Monthly Salary: Up to CLP $2,400,000 – $2,500,000. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and comprehensively manage technology and innovation projects from planning through to closure. * Coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and defined quality standards. * Apply project management best practices (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, or other methodological frameworks). * Ensure projects remain aligned with strategic business objectives and priorities. * Prepare progress and status reports, reporting directly to the Head of the Project Unit. **Candidate Requirements:** * Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in IT project management. * Knowledge of and experience applying project management methodologies. * Proven leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. * Experience in technology companies, IT services firms, or consulting is desirable. * Specialization in Software Development and Architecture is desirable. * PMP certification. * Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar.
