We are currently seeking a Resident Operator to work at a school located in Lo Barnechea. We seek committed, organized, and service-oriented individuals who wish to join a dynamic team and contribute to the operational continuity of the service. What will be your main responsibilities? Receive and manage copy center jobs. Perform meter readings and equipment counter monitoring. Manage supply requests. Administer internal client tickets. Provide first-level support and escalate requests to field personnel when required. Ensure operational continuity of the copy center. Comply with information security policies and regulations. What are we looking for? Completed secondary education. At least 1 year of experience in help desk or copy center roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards is desirable. Must reside near the area.
