Objectives: Manage production plan compliance through the technical execution of lubricant, grease, and refrigerant packaging processes, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures to achieve the plant’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: \- Execute production planning across various filling lines, processing lubricants, greases, and industrial fluids in accordance with standard operating procedures and supervisory guidelines.\- Operate technical equipment for oil, deionized water, urea solutions, and refrigerant mixtures packaging and sealing, ensuring each product meets the technical parameters defined by the plant.\- Coordinate and execute finished product loading for dispatch and raw material and supply receipt, guaranteeing material integrity and logistical flow within the area.\- Transport empty containers and finished products using manual pallet jacks, ensuring timely line supply and correct inventory placement in storage zones.\- Proactively identify and report deviations, mechanical failures, or operational difficulties to direct supervision to implement preventive measures avoiding production chain interruptions.\- Ensure order and technical cleanliness of the work area by removing waste or contaminants to guarantee a safe, efficient workplace aligned with quality protocols.
