It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. **Job Description** =================== **Key Responsibilities and Activities** * Analyze market trends, barriers, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify business needs and transform them into viable strategic initiatives. * Provide strategic oversight for the implementation of the marketing plan, monitoring KPI achievement by platform and evaluating its impact on commercial objectives. * Design and coordinate strategic tactics—including events and key actions—ensuring alignment with marketing plan objectives and contribution to positioning, customer experience, and market development. * Develop toolkits, strategic presentations, and key materials to facilitate informed decision-making by commercial, medical, and leadership teams. * Monitor and analyze the marketing budget, tracking expenses, forecasts, and variances to ensure efficient resource utilization. * Provide strategic support to the Product Manager in executing marketing plan initiatives, delivering relevant analysis and insights. * Contribute to the development and strengthening of portfolio branding and positioning, ensuring communication consistency and alignment with business objectives. * Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and relevant developments affecting business defense and growth strategies. * Collaborate closely with commercial, medical, and access teams, integrating key information to build growth strategies and tools that strengthen market execution. **Education and Experience Requirements** * Academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Desired experience: 5 years in marketing within pharmaceutical, medical device, or related industries. * Proficiency in data reading and analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI. **Why Join Us?** ================ To find purpose in the possibilities, we need people who can see the bigger picture, who understand the human story that underpins everything we do.
