Main Responsibilities. * Coordinate and conduct daily safety meetings and work planning, completing the HPT (Work Planning Sheet). * Coordinate and control the execution of predictive and corrective maintenance tasks, efficiently managing personnel, resources, and equipment. * Receive the shift briefing, staying informed about updates and pending tasks, assessing their criticality. * Manage all documentation related to the shift (HPT, ART, Lockout Control, Failure Reports, Warranty Reports). * Promote and manage the development and performance of personnel under supervision. * Hand over the shift, reporting updates and pending tasks.
