In this role, you will participate in innovative projects for high-profile clients, integrate agile teams, and promote DevOps best practices to deliver scalable and secure technology solutions. This position operates under a hybrid model in Las Condes, emphasizing professional growth, continuous learning, and cross-team collaboration. © getonbrd.com. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines; * Automate infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar; * Manage configurations and deployments in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Monitor and ensure application availability, performance, and security; * Implement containerization and orchestration strategies (Docker, Kubernetes); * Establish versioning policies, rollback procedures, automated testing, and continuous deployment; * Provide support and guidance to development and operations teams on DevOps best practices; * Participate in continuous improvement and internal training on DevOps methodologies. ### **Requirements and Desired Profile** Technical requirements: DevOps tools (CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI); containers and orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm); infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation); version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket); monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, New Relic); cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell). Desired experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); DevSecOps and automated testing; multi-cloud or hybrid environments. Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps or similar roles, with demonstrated implementation of pipelines, automated deployments, and cloud infrastructure administration. ### **Desired Knowledge and Skills** Knowledge of security approaches within pipelines and deployments; experience working with multicultural and distributed teams; strong communication skills and results orientation; problem-solving abilities and adoption of development and operations best practices.
