




**Responsibilities** * Ensure high-quality customer relationships, increase customer satisfaction, and secure long-term service contract renewals. * Communicate and collaborate effectively with all company departments, maintaining a strong communication channel between field operations and various internal teams to promptly advise customers on all service activities, scheduling changes, delays, cost overruns, environmental and safety issues, etc. * Maintain commercial awareness of financial performance and contractual requirements, and report/escalate cost overruns, out-of-scope requests, and transitions to new contracts. * Act as the primary counterpart to the customer’s responsible representative. * Ensure Vestas complies with signed contracts.
