We are looking for an **Installation Schedule Executive**, responsible for efficiently coordinating technical visits and ensuring an excellent service experience for our customers. **What will you do in this role?** * Coordinate and schedule technical installation visits. * Contact customers, providing close and solution-oriented service. * Manage unexpected issues and ensure service continuity. * Use internal systems to optimize daily operations. ✅ **What are we looking for?** * **1 to 2 years** of experience in customer service or scheduling platforms. * Basic knowledge of digital tools and Microsoft Office. **Work mode and schedule:** Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 19:00 hrs, Friday until 18:00 hrs.
