Responsibilities: * Resolve information requests from construction companies or coordinate with responsible professionals for their response * Analyze compliance and identify issues in interdisciplinary aspects of residential projects * Prepare drawings for municipal approval applications * Manage various types of documentation with public and private entities (demolition, approvals, crane installation, etc.) Requirements: * Professional degree in Architecture * Minimum of 7 years of experience * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Experience in Revit and BIM systems is desirable * Knowledge of design, urban planning, and construction regulations If you are passionate about architecture and ready to take on new challenges, this opportunity is for you.
