**Grafton Group** is looking for a **Treasury Analyst** with experience in **Guarantee processes (Exclusive)** to cover a maternity leave period at an important company in the energy sector. **Job Mission** Carry out the necessary tasks to achieve the objectives of the Treasury department, with emphasis on guarantee management. (You must have experience in these specific functions) **Functions and Responsibilities** * **Guarantee Management**: Preparation, monitoring, and control of documents related to guarantees. * **Guarantee Reporting**: Preparation and follow-up of reports related to guarantees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies. * **Coordination with Banks**: Maintain communication and coordination with banks for guarantee management, including updating account statements and providing required documentation. * **Funds Management**: Ensure fund availability for payments related to guarantees, as well as manage cash flow associated with these costs. * **Cost Analysis**: Calculate fees and coordinate payments associated with guarantees, as well as perform cost analysis related to Letters of Credit (LC). * **Bank Reconciliation**: Maintenance and management of reconciliation reports, ensuring records match accounting reports. * **Document Filing and Management**: Manage filing of supporting documents for treasury transactions, ensuring availability for audits or internal reviews. * **Continuous Improvement**: Collaborate in continuous improvement of treasury processes and increase efficiency in daily activities. * **Report Preparation**: Prepare periodic reports related to guarantees and S\&U payments. * **General Support**: Assist in other area activities as needed. **Communication** * **Internal**: Interaction with all areas of the company. * **External**: Communication with banks for guarantee management (general contacts, account statements, documentation). **Job Requirements** * **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a similar role or performing related tasks, with proven experience in guarantee processes (Exclusive). * **Education**: Certified Public Accountant or related field. * **Languages**: Intermediate technical English. * **Tools Proficiency**: * Advanced Excel * Advanced Power BI * Oracle Cloud and Gesplan knowledge desirable.
