Apply directly on the original site at Get on Board. ### **Responsibilities** * Building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Developing and supporting efficient and scalable ETL processes, with emphasis on performance and reliability. * Data modeling for analytics and reporting, ensuring structures support reporting and dashboards. * Automating data processes and workflows using Airflow/Cloud Composer. * Collaborating with data and business teams to ensure data quality, availability, and access. * Implementing best practices for version control and change management (Git, GitLab/Bitbucket/GitHub). ### **Requirements and Skills** * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role within data projects. * Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for building transformations and analytical queries. * Experience with GCP services (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Composer/Airflow, Cloud Storage). * Ability to design and model data within GCP environments focused on analytics and reporting. * Experience with version control tools (GitLab, Bitbucket, or GitHub). * Ideal: experience with DBT and cloud-based data science practices. * Ability to work in collaborative environments and adapt to changes in projects and priorities. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge in data orchestration and complex pipelines; experience with data in regulated and high-performance environments. * Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps culture applied to data engineering. * GCP certifications or foundational data science knowledge. ### **Benefits** At BC Tecnología, we foster a collaborative work environment that values commitment and continuous learning.
