Junior Systems Engineer Support the operational execution of ITGC controls, ensuring proper collection, validation, and documentation of evidence related to access management, patching, backups, and IT control compliance. Responsibilities:* Database Development (Excel, SQL or Oracle): Database management and optimization, creation and execution of SQL queries, and schema maintenance. * Data and Incident Analysis: Evaluation of system-generated data and resolution of technical incidents, working closely with other teams to ensure operational efficiency. * Use of Jira and Trello to organize tasks, processes, and incidents, all within a Kanban framework. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES*** Databases: SQL (intermediate level) * Knowledge: Agile Scrum methodology. * Knowledge: Agile Kanban methodology. Active Directory experience .• Advanced Microsoft Office tools proficiency.* Data and Incident Analysis * Coordination of change migration to production environment * GitHub usage * Incident documentation} Jira: Project management software used in agile development processes.* Trello: Project management tool used in agile development processes. Requirements Technical Requirements: Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
